Dial Panerai Radiomir Chrono PAM 288

Does anyone know how to fix the dial of a panerai radiomir chrono when it has been moved and it's not in the middle/in the center of the watch anymore??? See the attached picture file: the outer white line of the dial, see red arrows, has been moved to the right side of the watch so this white line you cannot see anymore on the dial, has been removed under the edge of the watch. Has anyone a solution for this problem, can you fix it yourself??? Thanks in advance....

Looks like loose movement holders/ring to me.

You might be able to fix it yourself, depending on what the issue actually is. Be careful not to scratch the dial!
