Pam 48 $300?

In a moment of impulse, I asked a dealer to help me find a Pam 48. As it turns out, he has managed to find one. With A7750 movement. the price is actually not cheap, about $350, including shipping!

The problem is, I don't really want it anymore as I have bought another watch. However, I was the one who asked him to source for it and I have to honour my word to get it since I did ask him to get it and he did mention the price range before. We have a pretty good relationship now and I really don't wish to spoil it.

The thing I need to ask is, will I be able to sell it at the same price? Or do I need to lower it? If need to lower, by how much? Yhe reason for asking is that if too much, I might as well keep it and change a Lello DW to it. Please let me know. Really need some advice!

Wow, $350 is way overpriced for that watch! I know it's rare now, so there's some added value because of that.. but when they were easily available just 6-8 months ago you could get them for under $250 shipped (or more like $290 shipped from cartel dealers like I paid, not knowing better!). I just sold one of my PAM 48s, and I have another I'll be selling as well, each in brand new condition, and I'd feel like a greedy pig if I asked $350 for them! I'm also selling my modded PAM 50 (lello datewheel, high mag cyclop), and even that's only gonna go for about $320 shipped. To answer your question: If you want to re-sell it, you could get close to $300 shipped for it... but I seriously doubt $350.

Hmm interesting... Depending on the dial/movement etc I'd expect you to be able to get 300-325 for it on the boards... also depends on the mkt.

Sorry. I got it all wrong. the price is $300 with shipping but no AR on the Sapphire crystal. So the price is still too high or ok?
