Anyone have a frikkin clue what's going on with RWG1 yet? Alpha, after taking your advice and buying the Canon G9 -- and loving it -- I decided to get more into photography and I bought a fancy expensive DSLR so I can add all sorts of fancy expensive lenses and feel cool lugging all that sh*t around! So uh.. anybody want a good deal on a practically brand new Canon G9 complete in box? :/ Let's see, what else.. OH, I got a new PVD Sub from fakey... has the red SUBMARINER lettering. Sharp looking watch. Whether or not you liked his presence on RWG, I have to say fakey's a nice guy and puts a lot of time and effort into this hobby.. here's a pic of the new PVD Sub.. AND... I just got a new gen. Hamilton Khaki Mechanical. Very cool, simple watch, and under $300 for a real ETA inside! Here are some pics, taken today with my Nikon D90 DSLR.. I got the Hamilton from a guy on Timezone... $220 and in mint condition, sticker still on the back, original papers from AD dated July 2008! REAL sapphire crystal, REAL Swiss ETA movement, REAL gen quality... at a bargain price. I consider it an amazing value. Only problem is the strap is *slightly* too long for my 6.25" wrist. So I'm gonna have to add another hole or find a short strap to replace it... kind of sucks because I like the original strap a lot. @JohnG-- I wouldn't say I prefer RG.. I post more there in part because the rapid-fire pace of the site lends itself to me spouting my opinions when I see a post fly by that tickles me in some way. If anything I check RWI most often. But I'll start making the RWG2 Bin one of my routine stops... I miss you guys. Wear it well! I know what you mean about the spam threads - along with a lot of the other nonsense. I know we can act up a bit here too, but it's not quite the same ....
