UPO - Is there a date font difference between the Swiss & Asian clone movement?

Does anyone know if the date font used in the Asian clone movement of the UPO looks identical to the Swiss movement?

I'm not referring to the "lite" version that's out. I'm talking about the fact that I've read a few people have ordered what they thought were Swiss movements, only to find out that they are Asian clones. On Angus's site, he has the option of the two movements and it's $60 more for the Swiss.

Now obviously I already know to get the Swiss. My question is can I spot which movement is used strictly from the date wheel, or is the font so similar between the movements that I must remove the case back to verify it. Let's say I'm buying a used one from somebody who thinks he got something he didn't and swears it's Swiss.

From what I read on the other forums, a lot of the swiss movements are actually ETA clone movement made in asia.

most are very similar to the original date font. But even ETA date fonts are slightly different to the one Omega uses.
