ShawnBeever
May be of interest to a Daytona builder. I am not associated with Chronomaster. They have a good reputation in the Gen. watch community. Enicar Sherpa Graph Chronograph Valjoux 72 Recently serviced and mint condition 1960's Beautiful Enicar manual winding watch with Valjoux 72 movement - renowned as being the best Valjoux movement ever made. Keeps time to 5 seconds per day Enicar watches were made to extremely high standards as many of them originally went to export to China where there were few watch making skills, so a watch needed to be durable, reliable and strong, so it would not required to be fixed. Stainless steel case and the back has the Enicar large Oyster and pearl logo, with an individual serial number. The watch is a classic design with lovely contrasting features. It has a plain bezel making it less busy. The watch is simple and to the point, with a robust movement – reputedly the same movement, the Valjoux 72 that was put in Rolex Daytona’s. The button at 2 starts and stops the chronograph and the button at 4 resets the chronograph. The chrono 60 second hand is the sweep hand, the sub register at 3 is the 30 second timer, the 12 hour timer is at 6 and the continuous seconds at 9. The crown and dial is marked with the Enicar logo. A stunning classic in great condition. Comes on a replacement strap. Dimensions are 40 mm excluding crown, 44 mm including crown and 49 mm lug to lug, thickness is 14.5 mm. Ref: VIN 491. Price
