Rolex SD 16660 Bezel Insert OR Pearl

I just bought a cool v2 from an RWG member - but as with almost every rolex sub/SD rep I have come across, the pearl is evidently fake (from 10 paces). Does anyone have a gen bezel insert or pearl I could buy?? Thanks.
