Where do I purchase Porsche Design compression fit strap?

I need help please. I bought Porsche Desing chrono from Josh.

It's a great watch but the strap has problems: it does not stay firmly in the watch body. The rubber strap's groves are too soft and strap just detaches from the watch while just wearing it. I haven't heard any other complaints about this problem.

Josh is offering to buy a better strap but it's $65, it's from a higher end model. Should I go ahead with this? Could there be a flaw of the metal frame were black rubber snaps in? I just don't want to spend money without assurance.

Does anybody owns Porshe Design Flat 6? Does the rubber strap has any stiffening part on the end of it. Mine came with nothing there but flexy rubber.

Not sure it will work but when some of the Board members bought the rubber strap for the Planet Ocean and it was bending and pulling away at the case they installed wider/thicker spring bars and reinstalled the strap. If you look on e-bay you will see spring bars at 0.5mm and 0.8mm and the thicker spring bar may solve the problem on your watch. Check first before you buy that the Porsche Design strap doesn't require a curved spring bar rather than the regular straight spring bar.

the band didn't come with any spring bars, does it supposto? Spring cap or something like that probably would help. Maybee it's just missing.

Josh is sending another band to try. Still not sure why this won't stick.

Just received a replacement strap from Josh. I have to tell you it exceeded my expectations. It fits like a glove no issues at all. Josh came through with his excellent customer service as advertised on the net. Thanks I'm very happy with the product.
