what is the best Bezel grease?

I have so many divers and it is just a matter of time that I will need to remove the bezel and regrease these. I know the suggestion is silicone grease but I'm curious if anyone had specific recommendations to get that super smooth feel of a Seiko? thanks

someone has to have some advice on how to oil a bezel?????

after playing around with this,,,I think how tight the bezel is, is more a function of the metal ring that has the small cut outs that are turned upward. The degree they are bent up will influence how tight the bezel is. I just bent them down a bit and got a much smoother bezel.....

Sepending on how you adjust it you can make it click hard or spin smooth as butter.
