Watch Recommendation Needed

I am going to see my Japanese niece this year over Christmas. Her mother, my wife's sister, says she has been asking for a watch. Since most of my family knows of my fondness for timepieces, they have asked me to purchase her first. She just turned four this fall.

Any suggestions?

I say a Sanrio "Hello Kitty" watch or a pink Baby-G.

I'd say a Baby G too. That's what I got my 2 1/2 year old nephew. He seems to like it and with it's durable build it's been taking the beating fairly well.
