MP5
Hi all, I see some amazing pics stating use of Gen dials/crowns/hands and wonder how and where to get these. I would love to do as accurate base Luminor that is as accurate as possible. Of course being green I would be happy if there was someone out there doing this with attention to detail. Thanks everyone.

Thanks everyone. If there would be an open source for genuine parts, we would all have them. They're hard to come by. Sometimes a gen dial shows up on the bay or it is for sale here. If you do make a search you could also get to know certain webpages that sell parts... Read around, learn and enjoy. Welcome on RWG.cc!
Watchmeister
As S4DK states, they are not generally available. Parts do come up on Ebay or occasionally on Risti or ViaPaneristi. If you are looking for simply one example watch they do come up occasionally on the forums. If you want a steady diet of it you will be on a constant search. Then again, that in and of itself can be fun.
beano2004
I concur those places do carry gen parts from time to time, its all about the hunt. Once you get started you never stop, oh yeah and you lose sleep doing this hobby. I often found having friends in the right places also makes your search alot easier as there are alot of guys on here that have and know where to find gen parts. That being said best of luck with your search they are out there you just have to start hunting. bean
