WM9 comuniation

Ordered a z 2008 sub from them on early november. For the known reasons it would come to me (EU) thru UK, i was told that on the 12 that they will shipp it on the 16 of December to me, and from there on a complete blackout to all my emails. It seems that i'm not the only one on this boat from what i see on there forum. Does any one here have a clue about what is going on with wm9? Only thing i know for now is that i payed a watch that i didn't get and no explanation at all from the dealer too.
