metal protector ring for a SDDR 1665

Hello,

I am looking for a metal protector ring for a movement of a diameter of 26mm (like the asian 21j) to put in my SDDR 1665.

It looks like the plastic ring is about 31 mm of diameter. Anyone knows the exact size and where I could find a metal version of this protector ring ?
