Pics of my 16520 sitting in the box and awaiting new hand

Took them earlier today.

I've been wearing it for a couple of days but noticed that minute hand is touching hour hand when they meet and it leaves marks so now it sits in the box and awaits new sweep chrono hand to arrive from Martyd3, after it is here I will try to see if minute hand can be adjusted not to touch the hour hand:

Really can't wait to be able to finally wear it without worrying about this hand or that hand...

I have just found this pic of gen hand set (for 16523/8) and it shows gen swep hand tube - looks quite long - I wonder if it is a standard tube length of gen sweep hand.

My watchsmith told me (and The Zigmeister said he has same problem now) gen tube is too short for el primero... do you think it can be longer than in this pic?:

The gen. chrono sec hand has a much shorter tube. Wonder if this is really a gen. set.

It was also quite noticable in your other close up pictures that the sec hand has not been installed properly sitting square on the pinion. Pity that it now leaves scratch marks on the hour hand.

Please keep us updated on the suitability of the val. hand.

Good luck.
