Help finding a good budget moonphase watch!

I need help in finding a good budget moonphase watch. I'd prefer it to have SS bracelet. I have only found Patek Philippe and Jaegar LeCoultre so far on Trusty Time (both leather).

Calastrava has Asian 21 J with Sapphire Crystal and Solid Stainless Steel 220L for $118 and $128 respectively:

Theres also a Jaegar Le Coultre that I like but it has "synthetic sapphire" crystal for $98. However, this one has Solid Stainless Steel 316L.

The problem with the lange is the caseback. I dont know how the genuine looks like in that regard. The rep looks beautiful however.
