I too am interested in finding an engraved rotor for a Hublot, also does anyone know where/how to fix the sawtooth rotor problem?

Sawtooth problem can be fixed by Francisco.

Rotor engraved was offered by Jakub, but he's gone I think?

Yeah Jakub just dropped off the earth with alot of peoples money and watches. There is a big thread on it in general discussion.
