7750 minute sub dial not working

I tried to search but couldn't find.

I have a Asian 7750 seconds at nine. When activated the chronograph starts stops and resets fine, in fact if left on long enough the hour sub dial operates fine too. However, the minute sub dial at 12 never moves. I'm not sure how that is possible. Any insight?

The small tab spring that is attached to the seconds gear is bent and not engaging into the minute counter gear as it rotates around the dial.

With the tab not engaging into the minute gear, there is nothing to advance the minute gear each minute...has to be opened up and repaired, not a DIY project.
