Gen pics would be helpful. But I agree, you'll probably need to combine elements of both to get closer to the gen. These factories aren't ignorant, possible ploy to generate equal interest in both offerings.

Different strokes I guess. I think the H Factory offers the best construction and looks more finished. Those that want to do heavy mods, deal with cloudy glass, markers falling off and loose bezels go Noob!

I still can't believe people are waiting on a version that will probably not address the issues. I'd be leary ordering a Noob version unitl I read some reviews on what was addressed if anything. Frankly I'd be [censored] if I ordered a first run and it lacked everything it claimed to have in the first place.

If I'm not mistaken were the original 359, 328 etc first released with the 28.8 7750, then after revisions they changed it to the 21.6.? I assume they do this to offset whatever costs they put into changing the tooling necessary to make the revisions they do, or say they do, while still keeping thier profit margins high. Anyway I do agree with you. I would like the closest thing to the gen without having to pay for the gen. But in the rep game I've learned not to be so anal. If whatever watch you order arrives and works and you have no issues for many months/years..you're already ahead of the game. The more their touched, modded and passed around the stakes go up. And there is no guarantee that any revisions will correct everything the old 1 step forward 2 steps back game.

So I guess we have the N-Factory while deceiving buyers by claiming C3 Luminova, many DOA's (as reported by other members on various boards), still being the best? I realize some of the variants are minscule and require a loop to see in the wild. I personally think the H Factory gets the marks for the best out of the box, that requires less mods. 12 and 6 slightly thinner yes..comically so, i don't think so. Bezel 60 clicks vs 120, who really cares, 120 click in the H could be what makes it look "not quite right", will discuss that later of bezels get loose and fall of the N factory. Most dealers have reported that the N factory is delayed to to issues with the glass, so who knows what you'll get in V2, double AR instead of single like the 111M? Bet the 28.8 movements get dropped in favor of the less desired 21.6 movement to adjust for all of these revisions For modders they're in all their glory lots of work thanks to the deception of the 1:1 reps. No doubt they're so much better than they were. If your're willing to accept a few microscopic flaws either is nice. It's all a matter of how fanatical you are.

Very nice looking watch congrats! This is much better than the previous version, which I used to own. As much as I love this watch I really fight myself from re-buying it. It was just way too large for me, actually it was more the thickness. It would sort of roll over my wrist from the weight.

Give it time. I normally wear Omega Rolex but after a day of wearing Panerai I know it when I take it off. But there is still something about them that draws me to it.

I have the black ceramic chrono. Anything other than the chrono would be too feminine for my taste. That said I don't wear the watch much. It's a quartz movement, obviously reliable and I often think of selling it.

Just buy a decent used set, ie. last years models. People are constantly upgrading their golf equipment and there is always tons of good deals out there. Even ebay has good deals now and then on complete sets, especially from reputable golf retailers.

I tried to search but couldn't find. I have a Asian 7750 seconds at nine. When activated the chronograph starts stops and resets fine, in fact if left on long enough the hour sub dial operates fine too. However, the minute sub dial at 12 never moves. I'm not sure how that is possible. Any insight? Thanks

I don't think that the pitting on your bezel is really pitting. When mine arrived I had two spots very similar to yours around the four o'clock marker. I was [censored] because I thought it was scratches in the bezel. Then I thought well this is supposed to be ceramic and it shouldn't scratch. So I bravely and carefully used the back (rough side) of a scotch brite sponge and the marks dissapeared. Evidently they are flexs of dryed paint from the numbers and markers. You just have more than I did. And yes the bezel must really be some sort of ceramic because the sponge didn't scratch it. Just gently apply to the bezel with a gentle hand. The 12 o'clock marker I can't help you with.

My guess is the both PAMs failed.

Thanks guys. I will certainly practice on something first maybe even a spare link. I wasn't sure if a dremmel or device with high rpms' would take the shiney part and turn it brushed.

Has anyone had sucess polishing out small scratches in the center links of a rolex band, such as new GMT II Cermaic, or daytona, yachtmaster etc. I've tried to lightly use a cape cod, in fear it would dull the shiny center, but no luck. Some experienced insight would be appreciated.

Definite problem regarding GMT hand. I too have IHS but GMT hand does move properly. I cant' remember if bezel clicks, I want to say it doesn't. Gap between links is common I have it too. I would contact your seller to straighten out.

Love the Who. Also a big Pearl jam fan, in which they do a fairly good job of covering their material. Also another guitar player I see?

Regatta's have closed case backs, so opening it might not have gone over well. My regatta wasn't a chrono, i suppose they make two versions? Also my rep did have those markings on it and it was the upgraded version of the regatta that came out last year.

Actually that particular store made me feel soooo uncomfortable I'd personally never buy from there. But I actually walked away pretty satisfied with my rep in both looks and feel to the original.

I'm just not feeling the love for that watch.
