What movement can be put into a RO midsized watch ?

Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks.

JL

any basic ETA 2824 or clone should work provided that your watch was originally swiss...if was asian, you'll have a tougher time of getting the dial back on or replace with an asian movement. Provide some pics and I'm sure more people could help.

What make is that movement?

2710 is not a number which comes readily to mind!

And a search of current numbers doesn't show it.

It may be an old FE (French Ebauches) number, but I can't find it.

Itr's an AP RO caliber No.

But who in the world wants to pay about 2.000 Euro.

BTW I haven't found anything about the life-span of a quartz movement.

I did not know that it had to be changed.

I presume that my last watchmacker butchered the inside of the watch.
