ifeveri Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 I just bought this watch a few weeks ago...it's an inexpensive Omegamatic Seamaster rep. It's nothing special, but I enjoy it and it's my first rep. Well apparently I left it where my youngster could get to it, and I found it face down on teh tile floor with a broken crystal. If someone could point me in the right direction for repair I'd appreciate it (CONUS). Or, is this something I could bring to a local shop? DemonSlayer Posted February 10, 2009 Report Share Posted February 10, 2009 You have a couple of options: 1)You can buy a replacement crystal, ensure you make accurate measurements such as diameter, and then you will have to buy a crystal press to install it. 2)You can take it to a watchmaker who is willing to work on it, he should be able to source a replacement crystal and install it for you.
