TenJed69
Would it be possible to make a stand-alone gent's bracelet out of a rep watch bracelet? Specifically I'm thinking Breitling Pilot or Professional, but Rolex or omega or anything really would be good too. I'm thinking I'd need to get my hands on two bracelets most likely to have enough links... my wrist is about 6 inches around (not big, but too big for one?). Then I'd need to remove the end links, add in spare links until it's big enough, and then connect one end to the other as if it was just another spare link going in? Would that work? What would be the best way to remove the end links? Anyone got a bracelet(s) spare I could buy off them?
GrantR
If you can find a the right bracelet there's no reason why this wouldn't work. Just have to ensure you find one that stays the same width around the whole length. Could be pretty cool!
TenJed69
Actually... I've just thought, I'm not sure how this will work. Only the links at the clasp end have accessible screws. I can make the bracelet as large as I like but I don't know how I connect the two screw-less ends together...

Easy you can attach one link from each end that has accessible screws to the watch ends... Just need to find bracelets that have enough assessable screw links.... Still doable. GrantR
D'oh! for instance, two of any of these would work... obviously you could pick up some rep rolex/omega etc bracelets too...
