UPO (probem with seconds hand)

Guys,

I had my UPO serviced a few months back. Within the last week or so, the seconds hand gets stuck on the 15 second (3 o'clock marker) at regular intervals throughout the day. I have to shake it vigorously for it to get moving again. Kind of a pain, because the time is rarely accurate as a result.

Thoughts on what it could be?

One thing that I had happen once with a UPO was that the crystal was not pressed in completely flat and the second hand was raised up a little bit. The second hand would always get hung up on the crystal in the same spot. All I did was re-press the crystal and bend the second hand down just a touch and the problem was solved.
