iwcforme
Hi all, Several of my watches use this movement but one has stopped working properly. I can turn the crown and it seems to wind the watch fine (or so it Sounds). The watch however has stopped working and the hour and minute hand do not turn and tell time. Is this something that might be repairable? If I need to replace the movement: a ) what can i expect to spend for re[air or replacement? B ) Can I upgrade to swiss or clone ETA (do feet etc. match properly?) c ) Is there a better (more reliable) movement I can use instead of the 4813? d ) Can you provide me with names and or email addys' of people who I can send my watch to in order to have this work done. Thank you in advance, -Matt- Edited February 20, 2009 by iwcforme
highoeyazmuhudee
just buy a new 4813 movement for under $40. Swapping to Swiss is a lengthly process and costs around $170 when all is said and done
