i noticed on the the pack says interchange 22j what does that mean ?

will it run better than the rep asian dg ?

It should run the same as the old movement. Same beat...same everything.

The datewheel should NOT line up. You will have to either remove the overlay on the old movement and transplant...or swap the whole datewheel assembly assembly...in order to match the font with the window on the dial...and make sure to transfer the old dial spacer as well...to accomodate the extra height of the overlay.

It should be Asian 21j.

For some reason all the suppliers I have seen (inc my own here in AU) have allways refered to the 21j as a 22j. Same MVT. Anyone counted the jewels on these things? I suspect they may have had 22 all along. The Zigmeister?

YEP ! your 100% right on the date wheel , i swapped the date wheel inlay on my new offeri dg2813 & she's working like a eta'ish movement ;) very happy with the offeri dgseries !

the dg's that come in asian reps to me are crap ! ...dirty/dry & keep bad time ..

thanx again man ..

on the other hand i also installed the offeri dg2813 on my asian steelfish & the date wheel lined up perfectly ;) .
