wcg5013 Posted March 2, 2009 Report Posted March 2, 2009 Just got finished recounting my first replica transaction with Andrew in the Reviews section and wanted to share my collection, so I can feel like I am contributing after having used so much of this wonderful knowledge myself. As I mentioned this has been my first foray into the high end replica world, with the purchases of a Noob Submariner and a Breitling Tourbillon. Up until now I have been an avid collector of moderatly priced Gens. I hope I am not in any violation of the rules by posting so many non reps. Let me know what you think and thank you all again for the excellent intell which has helped me a great deal in my new obsession. Noob Submariner - Now in my Dad's collection as a B-day gift. Breitling Tourbillon - My new pride and joy! Haurex San Marco - Higher end piece relative to my others. Nixon 51-30 - the largest and heaviest watch I have ever worn, tops even Breitling in weight and diameter. My everyday driver. Vestal Plexi - Very funky yet classy piece, very large as well. Michael Kors Michael Kors Kenneth Cole Perpetual Diesel Digital Fossil Hudson Digital - With matching heart rate moniter, customized with Army unit patch. Group shot! Thanks for taking the time!
By-Tor Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Welcome man! Nice gen/rep collection. You seem to be have the serious watch bug, just like the rest of us. You'll fit in well.
wcg5013 Posted March 3, 2009 Author Report Posted March 3, 2009 Thank you Tor. And P.S. - Your review of the Noobmariner was a deciding factor in my first purchase. Great stuff.
RDubya Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Nice collection! Where can I get a 10 slot watch box like that?
wcg5013 Posted March 3, 2009 Author Report Posted March 3, 2009 Thank you Dub. That box was actually a Christmas gift, I think it was from Macy's.
Corgi Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 That Breitling tourbillon is one of the few I've ever seen on this board. You should be very proud to have such a unique collection of timepieces!!
