Guest asim Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 basically what happened here is that they tried to make a Big Pilots 5002 without the power reserve indicator that you usually get with BP's (orig BP have a 7 day PR), and stuck in a date indicator at "3" to perhaps look like a Mark XV for the time period, and yes that is a BP crown, but a shambolic looking one. But honestly... if they were to remove the "3" marker and just leave the date window.. its not half bad looking. I can hear the loud cries of SACRILIGIOUS making its rounds..... Guest asim Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 i mean for $20 that's definitely piece of fun. but if you want the real good looking thing, save up for the BP 5002 V1 rep. one of the best out of box reps around. and that's like $190, which is far more , but worth the pennies considering how other reps these days have gen like prices.
