AmStaFF
Hey all, has anyone here bought a Pam308 with a venus75 handwind movement? the 308 is the next watch on my wish list, and here the standard questions - how good is the quality of the complete watch? - how good is the venus movement (i have no other watch with this movement)? - how good is the lume? - how close is it to the gen (what are the biggest flaws of the watch) - who has the best version of the 308 or all are the same models? thanks for taking time to help me decide PS: @ all 308 owner please post pictures thanks
hooky
Hi, I have had 2 of these. the first one the crown stem broke. Got repaired. Crown stem broke again. Both within just 1 day!!! Got a replacement. Crown stem broke again!!!!! Shitty model as far as my opinion goes. The Seagul ST19 (venus175) movement is always very good good, but I guess there is a problem with the placement of the crown tube in comparison to the movement. Lume is rep lume. not very very good, but standard. the sapphire is good. but the AR coating has a very ugly too blueish shine on it. way too blue. it needs AR treatment from Chief. just my 2cents. hooky
Yes, I asked the dealer about it, how the quality was in general and he told me his clients did not like the watch too much in terms of quality.
