finally finished my 3rd strap, which matches the the colour of the dial of my vintage pam. ammo style, 3-layer soft and strong and a flat GPF Mod Dep sewn-in buckle

Looks good, do you plan on doing any thing with the edges?

I used to wax and then burnish them.

I'm thinking of leaving it raw cut.

anyway, which kind of wax did you use? I can't find anything to burnish the edges.

Any sort of natural bees wax would work, rub it in and use another bit of leather to burninsh, it takes a while but it make the edges look a bit more finished with out using edgecote.
