Does anyone know what the income tax rate is for foreigners? Is there a large english speaking ex pat group there? I assume yes What is the cost of living like? Housing, cars, groceries.... Does the weather ever change? How long a filght is it to Hong Kong and Tokyo? What is the cost for a good english speeking private school? Thanks in advance for your help.
