removing crystal from Navitimer World

Gents, as the topic states, what is involved in taking out/reinstalling the crystal from Navi World?

To remove, you need to take out the movement. Then push the crystal outwards with your thumbs. Reinstallation will require a crystal press.

Movement is out. Cant seem to be able to push the crystal out.... Any suggestions, gents?
