need to identify a gen dial

I bought a couple of omega dials recently and also get this breitling dial. I looked around but cannot identify it. So I am asking the breitling experts here if anyone might know what model is this ?

That would be a Navitimer Twin Sixty

Looks like it had a short run 1998-1999
