EL or not EL? Need help

I have a Fiddy 127 for sale in the sales section and there have been some responses for pics of the inside back of the watch to see if this is an EL case. The previous owner said "Purchased from Eddie Lee" I want to verify whether this is or isn't an EL case. The screws holding mvmnt may not be orig as Finepics may have used different screws to replace the mvmnt. Can anyone tell me definitively if this an EL case with the pics below? I don't want to misrepresent this so I need some help.

Also, did Eddie sell Fiddy's with more than one type of case?

I have been told that this watch may have been purchased from EL but it is not an old school EL case. Thanks to everyone for your help
