Help with watch movement problem

Hey everyone,

I have a new watch that just arrived, a Bell & Ross BR 01 92 with Asian Eta 2836-2 Automatic 25J Movement @ 28800bph.

When I set the time, the watch runs fine for about 5 or 10 minutes. Then the minute and hour hands stop moving completely, but the seconds hand continue to work perfectly.

Like I said, the watch just arrived. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is it a sign of a bad movement, needing lubrication, or just a kink that needs working out and it will start running fine in a few days? I could really use some help.

Possibily bad hand fitment or a sliping gear some where, probeley needs someone to take a look to tell for shure.
