Yes. These posts have been posted via Tapatalk and this is why these characters appear.

There isn't much I can do about TapaTalk. They know an updated has been released to the forum software, so all I can do is wait for them to release an updated version of their product that will solve these problems. Mail notifications are working just fine for me and none of our other members seems to have problems. Oh, and all problems (except with Tapatalk) should have been fixed now.
