  1. I love it. A classic understated watch.
  2. On a related note, am I the only person who thinks Swatch's decision on ETA movements is a good thing for our community. It's encouraging other people to manufacture movements (both ETA clones and new movements) and hopefully add more competition.
  3. Hi Guys, While not the real thing or a replica, a couple of people have made hommages to the Fifty Fathoms recently. Check out http://www.timefactors.com/precista.htm and http://www.mkiiwatches.com/WSWrapper.jsp?m...e=cd02ch_50.htm RD.
  4. Hi Phaedo, Have you thought about an Omega Seamaster Professional? I have a genuine one; its this one but with pre-coaxial movement (http://www.omegawatches.com/index.php?id=286&details=1&ref=22208000&no_cache=1). It's a great all round watch and wears well with both suits and on more casual occasions. And it's a great size; its 41 or 42 mm in diameter but relatively thin so good for shirt cuffs. Cheers, RD.
  5. Hi Guys, New guy here; just been lurking for the past few days. Collector of genuine watches (expensive hobby!) but had no idea there were such good quality replicas so I shall be indulging myself. So hi everyone. RD.
