Hi, I've seen in a Stallone interview that he says this watch is not in circulation but it's definitely a Panerai. He says it's "anodized casing the type Rambo would use". He refers to it as an old military watch. I also know that he wore a Roger Dubuis when directing the movie, not acting. Sorry I don't know more about it.
