Recently I bought this movement from a member on another board, as an swiss ETA 6497-1 17j movement..
As the parts being stamped with panerai looked real thin and "non genuine" to me, I was wondering if somebody could tell me if this is a real swiss ETA?

always weak point on chronos m8, I wouldn't take the chance ....
A lot of dealers say there watches are waterresistant, mostly this means for on a rainy day, only a few get pressuretested.
Just ask your dealer and explain what you want with the watch you want to buy

Holland is a strange country, in fact it is lawfally allowed for a person to bring max 2 replicawatches into the country in person(when returning from abroad) or 5 clothingitems. But when it arrives by post they can just confisgate it....
