it looks like the 12 oclock marker has a problem on the
"2" and on the bottom of the bezel it looks like the "0" and to the
left of the "0" has some marks.
Ok so grey themes has the wrong kind of case it is SS instead of TI and the numbers aren't dark enough....
But I found this..... What are the flaws of this and what is it called please help me out.
it looks like a blue dial.... i love it. Thanks for your help
Ok i went and tried on a RBII what is the deal with those. I read in 2009 there was a faceplate issue. Is that still the problem. Again I do not care about the caseback as I do not plan on handing it around. Thanks so much again guys.
So I went to his house knocked on the door for 30 min til he came out. He was like I was just going to call you. I said just please give me the watches and I will be on my way (very nice). He looked scared as hell. He ran and got them and gave them to me and closed the door.... lol
I keep calling his work line and cell phone and he does not return my messages it has been weeks. I left him two polite messages a week asking for a status update or if he cannot do the work its ok just please give me the watches back and nothing not an email not a phone call nothing. Thats where I stand.
In my search for a local watchsmith I found one that would work out of his house. He had a lot of watches there and seemed ok. Gave me a receipt for two watched with estimated value and insurance and we both signed. My question is do I actually have recourse or am I out of luck because they are reps and probably illegal to own. thanks.
Is there a accurate Sandwich dial with date PAM? I would prefer titanium but beggars cant be chosers ;-)
I do not really care about the case back because it will remain on my wrist but would be nice if everything else was as close to gen as possible.
Thanks so much guys.
I have seen some 300 series but cannot seem to find a straight answer as to flaws and accuracy.... Also do not know if any other lines offer the date with sandwich dial. Thank you so much and happy holidays.
I have called all watch repair places in a 70 Mile radius in Connecticut and Massachusetts and no one is willing to do the mod. Do any of the members here work on watches from the CONUSA. I would love to get a couple of daytonas done and order a new IWC port to get done as well. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much I really appreciate that advice. If I had common sense I would have thought of that lol. I was also wondering if you could tell me what movement to ask for if my pam 111H is not working as well to see if they will work on that movement as well.
