Good luck finding the Ebel 1911 Panda. It's apparently not made anymore. Tonnes of people would get that one in a snap.
What size is your wrist? Grahams look great on 8"+ wrists..
That's too bad- one of the best reps out there. A bargain at about $275
Welcome and happy hunting!

I wouldn't mind a SW 500 for the chrono reps at all. I like the SW 200 series alot, but I heard they're starting to clone
these too. As for Rolex snatching up an Invicta/SW 500 movement- I tend to doubt it too. I don't think you can believe all the hype those TV
guys talk.I've seen those 2 together, it's pretty hilarius. Invicta has always been a Rolex wannabe.

1990's Pre-Panerai Ferrari by Gerard-Perregaux, small by todays standards, used to feel quite big and heavy.

I'd rather have a new ETA or Sellita anyday. It's a closed caseback - who cares what it looks like.

My Navitimer which I should wear more often.
@ Chronoluvvv: Obviously you lovvve chronographs, but do you have any regular waches?

Gen Colt GMT today. Instead of so many watches, I should really get a better
camera.

Probably wasn't such a great idea in the first place. Do we really need everything on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube??
They can just send me the QC pix via email.

I reckon the bracelet looks way more better. But hey, congrats on your new strap!

Very nice looking rep (and I have the gen). Lay is also a good dealer.

Its funny- people here are pretty observant. Everyone thought she was a whacko even before they realized she was a cop
shooting bank robber. Looks pretty good in that 3rd pic anyway.

Absolutely bootiful watches there Reg

Jacques LeMans- never gets alot of love. They are pretty good deals : about $700 with Swiss 7750
-
Just my 2 cents- why don't you just take it to a watchsmith who can adjust a movement in 5 miutes and charge you $10.
BTW- I don't believe all these qc timing shots. They all seem to be +/- 7 seconds or less. In my experience the reps are not that accurate, especially the A 7750's. Also, 20 sec/ day MAY be improved but its not terrible. Remember
these are reps, COSC standards are about 6 sec/day. Many lower grade GEN ETA's don't do much better than 20 sec/day.
If you really want that kind of accuracy you're much better off with quartz. For under $300 you can buy a gen Bulova Precisionist watch with SMOOTH sweep quartz - accurate to 10 sec/YEAR!

Omega, at least here in USA, have stopped dealing with all other AD's and have their own stores.
They don't really deal very much from what I've seen. I've bought 2 gens from the gray market online shops like Joma
or watchmaxx. They will discount 20-30% usually.

I have to agree with the the point about the rep sales prices. Alot of people expect to sell
a used rep for 90% of what they paid a yearr ago. Besides collectables, what products maintain their
value like that. For ex; think of a new car right out of the showroom and the depreciation factor. Some of the dealers
are guilty of this as well- 'slightly beat up UPO, $220 instead of $250!
