well, just to get a glimpse of how bad this is hitting ADs, i went to mayors to check out the ceramic GMT...they offered me 10% OFF. i will say that again...Mayor's offered to reduce the price of a new Ceramic GMT by 10%. If you've ever shopped at Mayor's you know exactly how crazy that is...they are desperate for business. the thing is you would think that customers of high end brands like rolex have plenty of disposable income for toys like that. if anything, the rep companies will be hit much harder. i for one used to buy 3-5 reps monthly...i haven't bought anything for 3 months. then again, judging by how much i've lost in stocks and real estate this year, i'm surprised i have enough money left to eat...

exactly. best answer so far. i tried on a gen rubberclad today and to be honest, i think my sec@12 feels more expensive. that guy wasn't calling you out. he had no clue it was a rep. he was bluffing, and unfortunately he won that hand

man, i sent him a ultimate ceramic bezel hbb black magic i . i'd venture to say one of the more expensive reps out there. he answered all my emails promptly and courteously. the watch was back in no later than 4 weeks. A+ job and service. this was mid july. if he was going scammer i think my $1k+ dollar rep (at the time) would have been gone FOR SURE. my point don't give up on your watches just yet. imagine how much work he is behind on, not including emails...think THOUSANDS of emails. it would take him literally days of straight emailing to get caught up, and right now it's probably the last thing on his mind. the death of a loved one really takes the wind out of your sails when it comes to motivation. and all the threatening emails aren't helping. for some reason, i know he will come through.
