Great looking watch!!! From what I read getting a nice AR coating on that rep really makes it. I assume a band would help too. I guess I'm a little concerned of the movement failing with the sec @ 6. They do have the 7 day pwr reserve that doesn't have that, but not sure if those are as visually accurate. Decisions!

Is there any way to deal w/ the sec's @ 6 prob? New movt etc.....?

I was looking for a nice dressy IWC rep for work. I was wondering what you guys might recommend? I see bad things about the portuguese chrono movements, .........too bad because they are one of my favorites. My main concern is I don't want something that is too sporty, though I love the pilots, or something that is blatantly inaccurate to the gen. Any good advice from people that own something that fits the bill? Thanks.

Okay, I've lurked long enough. I have always loved IWC watches and am in need of a dress watch at the moment. I personally would have probably favored the Portu Chrono or FA Jones over this watch but the reviews have scared me away. How are you liking this watch Lani? Has anyone else since made the purchase? I went into my local AD and must say it is a beautiful watch. Also, I wonder how would one go about getting a replacement strap? Could one be had online quickly (I'm not to keen on waiting months like some here report) or would an AD sell you a real one if you were willing to fork over the $$$? Thanks again.
