  1. It was me that closed the original thread - I thought that this whole discussion was done, and agreed with other members' posts that bad blood tends just to beget bad blood - this is stuff between friends, at the very least it can be handled by PM. But if there is more to be said then I guess everyone should be open to chime in.
  2. Congrats to Hank (on the impending grand kid and fathers day) and to Jay, and to all the other Dads out there. We rock!!! Sadly, father's day here is perpetually on the same frickin' weekend as my mother-in-law's birthday - I should have checked the small print before committing, I know, I know. I wouldn't mind, except mothers day is such a pain in the ass for me (children don't do shit, it's all me cooking it!)
  3. It's a short ride guys - that's for sure. My own old man was gone even younger. Nice guy here one day - gone the next.
  4. @TT: They must need an entire cow to get enough leather for each one of those! And you know what they say about men with big feet... Yup - they have lots of bright shirts. And you know what they say about men with lots of bright shirts..... Yup - they must own a lot of dark sunglasses too
  5. Screw it. I agree. If anyone still wants to raise any issues - please, er, PM Ken.
  6. Depending how sexy Lord Rasta's feet are.....you might be right!
  7. We need a 'Weekend Foot Check'.
  8. This is just a whole bunch of misunderstandings sitting on top of one another. One watch sale didn't go through - it happens every day. We've all missed out on a watch at one time another. Everything is cool. In brighter news - I'm pleased to announce the RWG Educational Investment Foundation - we'll pay for any MBA for a 50% split of all future earnings
  9. With the Nazi tunnel, can someone let me know if he finds it - not sure I can face reading through sixty odd pages of posts. Also, can someone let me know if this thread ever finishes. Again, I don't want to read through 77 pages of posts just to find out that people are still posting in it.
  10. Lookin' good! I've still to pull the trigger on either the 2006 or the 2007, but they always "speak" to me.
  11. Thanks for the intro, and hope work eases up for some more quality 'rep' time Cheers!
  12. The rise in oil prices is due to speculation - when Israel threatens Iran, prices shoot up - you may notice that Israel hasn't actually affected the supply of oil from Iran in any form yet we'll pay more at the gas station next week. I hold this economic commentator in high regard - check it out if you're interested: Anatole Kaletsky - The Times (UK)
  13. Shhh. You're putting me off my Metta Catharina Guilty people, please PM me with your now unwanted Metta straps. (Oh, okay, nobody died on that ship, but it was worth a go. A lot of reindeers died I guess. Rudolph's Mum perhaps? PM me with your guilt wracked offers all the same)
  14. I can't believe they chose to rep this!! All my rusted movement jokes have finally come true!! Should be some hysterical threads to come on the QC on this one. "Made 1:1 genuine rusted"
  15. It might just be a permissions issue, since I'm still able to pull faces
  16. Ach, it's only a few extra bucks on ebay. Personally, I'd just save the hassle and pay the extra few dollars. For all you know, their online price plus shipping might be the same as on ebay anyway.
  17. I'm tempted by this one - could be interesting.
  18. [slightly OT: Can I add just how much I love the word "wokky" - repworld's contribution to linguistics, we should have T-shirts with that! ]
  19. No moronic posts in this thread please. I mean it.... Back to the watch.
