  1. Thanks to the wonders of science and technology, you too can now live the thrills and spills of TTK's daily routine direct from your desktop! http://www.mapjack.com/ [For some unknown reason somebody thought it would make a brilliant business plan to take photos of central Pattaya and create a virtual online version you can walk around.] A screenshot of a typical Pattaya streetscape: No sign of any reps though... I see they have now updated the site with Lake Tahoe - they're definitely conquering the world one step at a time with this system
  2. Ah, that rings a bell - I think I checked that out at the time. Struggling to remember why I didn't buy one though. My kid doesn't need a pony any more than I need another watch after all
  3. Come on - spit it out. Where did you pick this up for $500 from? Pleeeeese.....
  4. You're seeing the cache of the avatar - it's all Hawaii here!
  5. Welcome! iOffer is the wild west a little bit; there are some legit sales on there, but you have to be very wary of photos of gens rather than what you're buying (especially if its a rare watch or brand), bait and switch, misleading descriptions and outright scams.
  6. It looks fantastic It's always great to see and hear about GTG's
  7. Maybe we need a cinnamon bun sub-forum after all, I've been pushing for it for some time now And best of luck with the new arrival! Happy days!
  8. Damn - a watch butler! Why didn't I think of one of those Now I neeeed one....
  9. Rumour has it...when the international magazine spreads come out with Ken modelling his own wares it's going to jump 180%!
  10. Great photos and a gem of a kid! I was hoping for more shots of your actual breakfast though....
  11. Great shots and a great watch! Thanks!!
  12. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what we need more of!! I'm guessing the RM is Richard Mille.... Either that or you're talking about this refrigerator magnet also with the code RM 009 http://www.made-in-china.com/showroom/haol...et-RM-009-.html As Ken said, always good to see a true expert like yourself around
  13. Ah, Middle Earth - I get it now! (Logan's hint in no way helped ) I must be slow.... Yeah, on the millionaire front if Lotto and football aren't viable options, that pretty much just leaves you with pimping and owl hustling obviously. I'm not big on chronos, but the experts say the new A7750 is decent - the bad reports generally seem to stem from the older A7750.
  14. Good to see you Thomas! We need to steer you away from being a valued citizen and learned teacher and back towards the big bucks and all those cool watches.....
  15. Newer members should certainly be helped and supported. When there's a problem it's ideal to report it, but it's also fair enough for senior members to say, "relax, it'll be probably be okay." If a collector has been sending watches out for year after year without fault, the chances are that it's all going to be okay. And of course, members have their own favourites according to their own preferences - I think personal opinions are to be expected. Entire threads should be, and always are, a conversation - not just a one-way vent.
  16. @Chris: I'm excited to see this 42mm gen when it arrives!!!! I love all of them to be honest, 42mm, 45mm, black, orange, orange with black....don't make me pick between all my children...
  17. Welcome Sanco You'll have to show us some pics when it arrives.... Oh, and you're still going to need to win the lottery or get better at football - before you know it you'll have a dozen Breitlings!!
