  1. Cheers guys! Yep, I kinda recall the demise of one RWG forum and then a few others starting up when I joined this one? It was not long after I joined this forum that I just got side tracked with other "life" stuff and left the rep watch scene behind. Looking at getting the new 187 now, although may have to "thin" out my current collection first.
  2. Hi all, Here is my currrent collection, which is unchanged since 2006!! Been away to long I think! Uploaded with ImageShack.us Panerai 196 a7750 196 eta7753 029 eta2893 063 eta2893 192 212 Others RXW Marina Militare DW6263 Daytona with the Mystery Movement (still working well!) Omega Seamaster 007 Franck Muller Roullete Rolex Red Sub
  3. Thanks for replies guys. Will post up some photo's in the Collection area of the forum later. This is a shortlist of what I kept from my collection of 4-5 years ago. Still not pulled the trigger on the new 187 yet...... 4. Hello all, Been away from the rep scene for a good few years now. But I'm back and looking at the new 187. I have a few reps from back in the day, about 5 years ago now I guess. How would I try to find out what they may be worth if I decided to sell. I don't want to post a thread asking about specific models, as I guess that could be classed as trying to sell outside of the Sales Section. But if I post in the sales section I need an asking price? Cheers, Chris.
  5. I would like two please, if its not too late thanks
  6. oh I see, must have missed this one, Do you any online links about it, would be interested to read up on this.
  7. I can see that this would appear inconvenient for some, but as I said before, for me it is less hassle than Western Union, I just pay cash in to a bank account and the egold is ready to go a few hours later. Yes its a lot more hassle than pp though.
  8. Are you talking about the shadowcrew? If this did exist, I presume you would still have to download an attachment to your PC ? IMO Egold is as safe if not safer than pp.
  9. Yes , you need to be careful for trojans, but if you take very basic precautions you will not have your account hacked. I have had my account for years and know many others too with accounts, I do not personally know anyone with a hacked account. But yes people's accounts are hacked, just as their pp, Bank and Ebay accounts are hacked aswell. With pp, yes you withdraw the money ASAP, but if there is a chargeback, you have a - balance, so you need a new account, and to keep getting new pp accounts is not straight forward. When you have the pp linked to a Website Shop, you cant watch it 24 hours a day to withdraw the funds as they come in either.
  10. Yep, its no cheaper than pp, it fact it can be more expensive. But , there is ZERO risk of chargeback, once you are paid, you stay paid. Many ATM cards are available that allow the funding of egold, you can give them any name you want, purchase the card for between $20-$50 wait for it to arrive and away you go. I am in the UK. Egold and other e-metal currencies are used by many to move large amounts of money around and also to hide this money from the authorities.
  11. You need to use an exchanger to get your cash out too. Again you are looking at a charge of around 4% for the service. Many people use "anonymous" ATM cards, which you can load up and then withdraw the cash from ATMs worldwide, away from the eyes of the Taxman.
  12. I have used e-gold for a long time. They don't care what you sell or buy, and there is no chance of a chargeback I am in the UK and use the following exchanger http://www.londongoldexchange.com/ I go to my local Abbey National Bank, pay cash into their account then email or text them the details and most of the time the egold is in my account within 4 hours. They charge 4% or £10 whatever is highest on the amount of egold you want. They take bank wires , transfers etc and credit cards. There are exchangers cheaper though, but I always use these guys as I use cash. Check out their FAQ for more details about egold http://www.londongoldexchange.com/faq/default.asp It is not as simple and easy as pp though. ALSO, Be careful there are few egold trojans around, ALWAYS use the SRK to enter your password, never type it in. chris
  13. Where in the EU are you? Have you had customs problems already? I might be able to help, let me know what you are after chris
  14. PMSL So would he not check it for you then?
