I just picked up my first Pam about a month ago. I got a 177H w/ asian movement from Josh and I love it. Now all I need to do is find a new strap to replace the one it came with.

I've been thinking about getting a shark skin strap.
Just wondering if the one pictured below was the one from Taikonaut, and how good it is?
Also how does it compare to the double Squalo strap from europelli (if you've seen those)?
Thanks,
Fred
You tell the time by looking at your location on the globe and reading the number on the outside rim of the watch underneath.
In other words, on the east coast of the US, in the picture below, it would be about 8:30 or 9:00 AM. It's hard to tell at that angle.

As Douglas Adams said:
"The Macintosh may only have 10% of the market, but it is clearly the top 10%."
I'm a sys admin at a company that's about 90% Mac, so if you need any advice don't hesitate to ask.
The width is about 20mm and the length is about 39 or 40 mm.
The measurements aren't overly accurate because I used the ruler on a paper slicer marked every 2 mm.
Thanks guys. Those are some of the reasons I decided to order this watch as my first rep.
Now I just need to try to suppress the urge to order my second, for at least a little while. Maybe a 111H.
I received a Franck Muller Conquistador from Joshua about a week ago.
It looks great and keeps great time.
And here it is with a watch I got a few years ago for graduation.
Don't worry too much about tracking with the USPS. They only update once a day and usually they're a few days behind. Several times I've ordered something and it arrived before any tracking information was put in the system.
UPS and Fedex are much better at tracking. Their sites are typically updated several times per day. You'll be able to see when your package is on the way to your house from you local station before it shows up.
The USPS is way behind the times when it come to tracking (at least in the US).
I've spent the last week engrossed in reading as many guides on the old forum as I could find (I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be working when I'm at the office ).
After all that I just ordered a Franck Muller Curvex Conquistador Black from Joshua, and I'm already trying to figure out what I want to order next.
So I guess I have two reasons to thank everyone on this board:
1. Thanks for helping me learn the difference between the good and bad Reps and dealers.
2. Thanks for giving me a brand new addiction that's going to end up costing me way too much money.
Can't wait for that package to arrive.
