My dealer who I sadly must admit is DAYTONA4ME has obv ceased to have communication with me, and he's ridiculed me for being a cry baby and should suck it up with the problems.

ya well its starting to get that way.. Ive emailed him a few more times no response, i'm actually quite shocked.. Ive sent picture proof of the problems and i've been pretty much disregarded, very disappointing.. I have not asked for a refund or anything of that sort, I just want the issues fixed..

Well as of rite now my dealer has not been communicating with me, but here's so more photo proof of what my situation is.. From what he's been telling me so far is every watch has its problems suck it up, but that doesnt fly with me, i believe some standards have to met with the reputation you think you have earned.

ya im trying with sum wd40 but they wont pop back out, so the clasp doesnt work at all just swings open..sux

it seems like one of ball bearings is pushed in too much so its not catching.. is there a way to push it out?

sorry I meant the latch on the clasp stays kinda open, doesnt stay closed

Just received a new DSSD, wondering if anyone has some suggestion for a quick fix.. The clasp on the bracelet doesnt seem to stay fully closed like locked in... wiggles, kinda opens, and im worried of it getting caught on something and breaking off..thanks!!
