Ham, Agree with you on the weight. But for me, when I handled it, it just felt like a cheap, kids watch to me. Swear! It just didn't impress me and that will prolly go as well for all ceramics as far as I am concerned....'cept for the ceramic bezel Carbon fiber HBB i got.... Maybe I'll buy it and flip it to the crazy fanboys over on 'risti.....i am number two on the list at my dealer.... For a Rad...I'd rather go with a PVD'd one.... my proverbial two cents....

I wear my genunie Rolex Sub and my genuine Panerai to the gym a lot... whether I'm on the machines, using the free-weights and/or in the sauna/shower/steam room....no matter. They are frickin watches not safe queens....they are used to tell time in between sets for a more aerobic versus anerobic work out....I only wear the bracelet and rubber straps models to the gym or for running as I don't like the sweat stain buildup on my leather straps doh......plus, I need to know the time so I can either a. get my azz back to work b. get an early jump on traffic for the jaunt home c. i don't like to leave my watches whether fake or gen lying in the "locked" locker.... hf Welcome to RWG.....do a little searching here and you'll find all the answers to your questions....it seems that the ceramic versions are very popular. Lite versions don't have AR...but that is off the top of my head....I think some members are getting lite models and then upgrading them later as it is much cheaper this way. cheers

TR I thought you were putting yourself on a leash for awhile on the reps.....has the disease taken over I got the HBB with CF dial and polished ceramic and was just so blown away...I am now on the hunt for the RG version...gawddammit.... I now have to go sell my soul to the devil to pay for this madness...

Very nice Ray I got bit with the HBB bug as well....just got my HBB in Carbon Fiber with polished ceramic bezel.....fookin gorgeous! Its on its way to Ziggy for some love and a crystal AR from Chieftang and then it'll be perfect! I thing the HBB are awesome reps and I think the rep factories hit a homerun with all of the HBBs

I had the REAL 292 in my hands back in November...it didn't blow me away....it is definitely cool in ceramic but to be honest...it felt cheap in my hands when compared to the other ones that I handled that day. So if the GEN feels cheap to me....i don't have much confidence in the rep version...
