It really depends on where you are going in the middle east.... Dubai? Doha? Muscat? Bahrain? Tons of reps in those locations and no one except maybe some business colleagues will notice....also, depends on the reason for your visit. Are you going to be sitting around a board room with locals? A rep will make you look bad because money is stooooopidly oozing around the gulf... 18 year-olds don't even have their driver's permits yet and they have AMG Benzes and Bentleys waiting for them in the parking hangar... You will see lots of expats in these locales with both real and reps on their wrists...just depends on what circle you run in.... bottom line...what is the purpose of your visit? If you're going to be dealing with the locals, do you really want to get yourself labeled and possibly have your business dealing held in low regard.... If you do decide to bring them into the area...I wouldn't worry about customs....in or out....your only problem might be on the way into the US...but then again...depends on which port city you are entering... cheers

Awesome...thanks for sharing and the posts.... i was wondering if any of the attendees now have other collecting aspirations after seeing other reps in the flesh? Most of my buys are based on other members experiences and of course the dealer's hype....so I never really get to see the rep first before making the buy... ...did that make sense?

I would think almost anything is better than india....no offence intended...but that is one crowded, smelly, crazy country...at least with the Chinese internships...you will get language training which would be a huge bonus...think of your marketability with that on you CV... but what do I know...'course, its prolly a little colder there than india...and I'm sure the food in india is better...pass the naan please...if you like crazy bkk and shanghai then I would think the positions in china would be a lot closer to some R & R in those funtowns... best of luck...

As you should be...you really need to spend a lot of time reading on the forum to find "the best rep"....the best rep anything is very subjective...as you can see from all of the responses given to you. What I consider the best panny rep might not be what another member considers the best panny rep... Find the model you are interested and do the research to see what other members have already said. Trust me, the information is out there...

Same here...this site is the only one that get's my money. I do feel at home here and I will gladly pony up $$ to keep it going....
