well i havent had any issues with customs yet so <knock on wood> once again

ah ok. so basically they got caught? btw on that subject how illegal is this anyways? whats the worst that could happen to me buying/owning one? im not worried just curious

Im sure its been asked a thousand times before but here goes - If the SMP reps made 3-4 years ago were so close to perfection and so highly praised, why the hell did they stop making them/change the design? im sure theyve heard the outcry from the rep community, why not reproduce them again?

ehh.... i love the look of the SMP too much to have all that crap on the face. the SMP by itself is beautiful, simple, elegant. everything else on there just ruins the look for me. the daytona on the other hand i think looks good and the only reason i like it is BECAUSE of all that crap on there. i dunno, dont ask me lol.

bleh... those 007 SMPs sure had some [censored] reps made didnt they? all that knowledge i gained 4 years ago form the forums is all coming back to me i think lol

thats precisely what im doing. the only reason i pulled the trigger on my SMP from paul last night is cause i want that sucker on my wrist NOW lol. im gonna set aside about $40 a week until i can buy my real steel SMP. oce i do i guess ill just have to pray i dont mix my real deal and my rep up! lol. or i could take the rep to a pawn shop.... nah lol, im not THAT cold :oP

im hardly an expert, im just now gettin back into the game since my 007 SMP got obliterated lol, but that Silex watchs pearl is completely wrong. i remember back when i was researching the hell out of the perfect SMP 4 years ago just about the only thing that i could spot was the pearls. they just glare at me i dont know why but thats what always helped sort the good reps and the crap ones to me

dont take offense dude, but i think its a psychological trick that youre playing on yourself. you know for a fact that its a fake so youre either consciously or unconsciously looking for the flaws that you are garunteed to find anyway because these are reps. theres going to be flaws. i cant see the point in buying a rep then making all these mods and stuff to em cause by the time youre done you could have damn near bought a real one anyway i bought my SMP rep cause i wanted one NOW and $1,500 was unrealistic to me so this will satisfy me while I save up. to be honest i just absolutley am in love with the look and design. does it matter to me that its Omega name and James Bond and all that? of course it does. but id still buy it if it were a $25 Timex. my two cents anyways

I LIKE that watch. Of course id prefer the one like in Minority Report but it doesnt exist so oh well lol. i think in the movie they were representing it as a bvlgari anyhow... BACK on subject was a rep ever made? If so where might i snag one and hows the quality?

what makes me mad is i was thiiiiis close to ordering my regular SMP back then. I was very into reps back then and i assumed that version would be right there waiting for me when i was ready to pick it up. well the model i ordered from paul said it was added to his catalog back in 05 so maybe ill get lucky and ill get a good one. either way its just gonna be a temporary fix till i get my real deal )

I ordered my SMP from paul last night. it will hold me over for awhile, my last order from him was a 007 SMP about 4 years ago and its held true until it slammed onto a concrete floor... but ive decided its time to quit pussyfootin around. im saving up and buying a real deal. ever since i saw GoldenEye i absolutely fell in love with this watch. these reps are so accurate and such high quality you REALLY have to be an expert/nitpicker to notice the changes in my opinion. I for the life of me cannot see any glaring differences that make me go GOD DAMN!!!! but that being said i cant wait to have the real deal on my wrist. ill still buy reps for ridiculous watches like $30,000 Daytonas tho lol
