My UPO also has a mis-printed dial. My 12 hangs to the right and my 6 hangs to the left but with the happy feet who cares. It looks like my second hand is the correct length. Like others have said I live with the dial because I intend the at the very least do a gen dial upgrade one day. I still love the watch and its in my regular rotation.

I have a V3. This pic is not the same angle as yours but I just checked mine and the gap is not as pronounced as yours and the angle on mine is more parallel. Strange since they are both V3's
