  2. I ever posted this 172 before , but it's not finish yet .

I do my best to fit the movement & DSN dial to the Ti/steel case .

Then relume the DSN 172 dial with C1 C3 mixed pigment .

And also get a good custom made strap from Taiwan strap maker .

Case: old school Ti/steel case set

Dial : DSN 172 dial relume with C1+C3

Hands : blue steel hand set relume with C3

    Buckle : Ti buckle

Crown : Ti crown come with the Ti case

    CG : 111 E CG from Polo

    Movement : Asian 6497 E-series movement

Strap : Taiwan Wotancraft custom made strap 24*22

    Here comes the pics ,

And then , my dealer fond he had a 40mm PAM048 in stock .

So the lady PAM became a present for my wife .

    I relume the dial & hands with C3 .

And I also order a rubber strap for her , and the strap is on the way .

  3. Finally , I got the dial from DSN .

So , I can complete the projust to build my own PAM172 .

Here'sre the pics of DSN 172 dial , it's a little too gray , and the numbers seem different to GEN .

    IMGP0314.jpg

And I foung my priginal half Ti half 316L case doesn't fit the DSN dial , so I took a old 111 dial to replace it .

I brush the case to make it looks like different steel .

    Check the result ~~~

    Do yo like it ?

  4. Very nice job. How do you apply the lume to sausage dial without getting it all over the dial? I would assume this is more harder to do than sandwich.

I would say only practic can make this happen .

I try too many old dial to make sure I can do it just like waht you saw .

So I have many bad looking dial on my desk , haha.

I believe the masters here can finger out the mistake I made , I will keep practice to make my work better .

I wish I can do the vintage style hust like the master The Zigmeister , he is amazing and also I hope I can do that one day .

  5. Hi guys ,

I ever show you guys the 111 sausage dial from Taiwan , and I want to replica it to my 111 E series .

And here's the result , I use the TRITEC C1 pigment , because I saw a GEN 111 G from a friend , and the color of the pigment is pure white , so C1 will be closer to GEN .

    The new dial with C1

And also , the pam029 of my friend ask me to relume the dial , I mix the C3 & C1 to make it looks a little dark .

Just to make it looks older , and the result .

Put them together to get the lume picture .

    Thanks for watching !!

  6. I can give you a easy answer .

Before you really know so much knowledge about your replica , you won't do anything .

After you see so much pictures form the expers here and see the GEN yourself , you will find there're so many different betreen replica and GEN .

And then , the forum can give a lot of infos about how to moded your replica , how can you just leave your replica like that ?

I mod my replica myself , I enjoy the feeling about collecting parts and try to relume ...... .

I live in Taiwan , far away from you gays , and there're not any one will help you mod the replica , so I do it myself .

  7. The dial is from my dealer , and it's form my dealer Polo .

The dial is with hand set , and hope the experts show us thid one is good or not ?

The lume is standard replica lume , so I will relume it myself .

    Check the pics

    2.Asian 6497 with swan neck , E series movement

    3.Ti buckle

    4.111 E CG

    5.blue steel hands set
